We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee*. We do recommend that you at least thoroughly research the product you are considering before purchasing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your item may be returned within 20 calendar days (unless otherwise agreed upon).

You will be responsible for the original shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Original shipping costs will be refunded when the shipment is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage).

Returned product must be in new condition, unopened and unused. All products must be returned with its original box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer.

Please arrange the return with Trophy Whitetail Supplies before actually returning the product. A return authorization number is mandatory prior to return and will be issued during return process. We recommend tracking and insuring all returns.

Once we receive and process the return, a credit will be issued. Please allow at least 10 business days from the date the return is received for credit to be issued.

***Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. If the product is damaged in shipment, we will ship you another.
